Description

Because queuing requires that the acquisition node that acquires queued target to return z to its parent value, focus node with z-stage correction can not be used with it by itself.

WIth target adjustment, the old targetlist is dequeued, a new targetlist after z-stage correction becomes active so that the acquisition node will return to the new z.

RCT "Centered Square" settings is default with no target adjustment. When user turns on queuing, this causes the centered square not set to Eucentric height. As a result, RCT often fails.

r17812 changes the default value for distribution.
r17822 applies the change from no to one to "Centered Square" node settings with the newest DEF_id

I have applied this schema update to TSRI database. This should fix it for everyone here.

Jeff, please test this by opening the settings of your MSI-RCT "Centered Square" settings. It should say Adjust Target Using "one" ancestor.

Opened centered square preferences in virtual leginon session (13aug14a). Adjust target was set to using one ancestor(s). Screen shot attached. Anything else you need me to test?

Jeff,

No. that's all. Do let me know if you run into problem next time. Maybe I will find another magic solution for another bug that I won't ever get myself.

Jim.

For you to review is you ever get time.
