r17986 avoid using frame aligned images in thumbnail, prediction graphs, and tilt series stack download.
This assumes that the preset of the aligned images are named '*-*'.

For you to test this, I need to know which website do you use to download the stack so that I can make sure that is updated.

Hello Anchi,

Thank you very much for your help. I have downloaded tomgraphy data set from the http://emportal.scripps.edu/myamiweb and now all the tomography data looks fine and only contains the averaged images (before alignment)...

One day I will make it download the aligned images whenever it is available. It is a bit tricky because of the dimension differences.
