pyscope testing commands

import pyscope.dmsem
k = pyscope.dmsem.GatanK2Counting()

gives: [Error 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

David Mastronarde created a build based on the new version of DM. It can be found in SerialEM download site under DMplugInBeta/SEMCCD-GMS2.3-64.dll Use that instead solved the problem.
