Description

Sinedon insert includes a SessionData insert of everything being null and is caught as exception.

Similar problem may happen if a normally sinedon generated table is generated by myamiweb SetupWizard.

This happens only with new installation after fixes for issue #2612 r18034 in trunk and r18038 in 3.0 branch

r18075 fixes the xml in trunk.
r18076 adds dbschema update to fix the bug in trunk
r18077 adds the same dbschema changes in 3.0 branch

r18262 merges r18075 to the 3.0 branch to allow a null value for the hidden column of the SessionData table. This is to address issue with new 3.0 installation reported in Forum: http://emg.nysbc.org/boards/13/topics/2076
