Description

Leginon would say "done with target list ID: xxxxx, status: success" which is not true.

r18107 fixes this. I would like to add the flexability of aborting the good targets when rejected targets are aborted in certain cases such as RCT, but it will need some work as targetlistdone event handling is used every where. Leave it to later.
