Description

Extra sleep time is needed when the two cameras are swapped. Even the sleep time put in r17902 does not work all the time.
Orius sometimes not inserted properly and caused a streaking image.

r18153 and r18179 does not solve the problem completely because sometimes Orius is at lower zplane so that our algorithm thinks that it does not need to be inserted again if Falcon just got insert/retracted. The time delay can still cause Orius to show streak in the first image it takes.

r18353 solves similar problem in Gatan K2 and Ultrascane pair which should work here, too. It assumes that all camera not on the same zplane and controlled by the same computer host need to be retracted first before the needed one is inserted. It should trigger Falcon to retract, wait for it to complete before doing Orius insertion.

Jian,

If you upgrade Leginon in the future, please let me know if this is working.
