r18338 fixes problem with preset selection not updated after user add or remove presets in presets manager.

Travis, please try again next time you are on scope.

the Preset selector on Navigator works great. It is very useful for screening grids. You have to wait a couple of seconds while the beam stops moving, but otherwise it is very convenient.
