Description

Every direct detector output its frames in a particular orientation (flip and rotation) not necessary in the orientation Leginon received as integrated image.

Falcon:
  • frames in RAW format - rotate 270 degree.
DE:
  • frames in TIFF format - flip left-right
K2:
  • frames in MRC stack format - Depending on camera mountSerialEMCCD plug-in input and DM version.

r18482 and r18483 made changes in dmsem. Tested on our K2.
r18484 adds values for other cameras
