r18799 sets PROJECTIOn_MODE_TRANSFORM to True since this is now hard-coded to transform only with JEM-2100f. Will need clean up.

I realized that image rotation can happen even when within the same project submode when the defocus is high, for example.
r18844 does this. Tested in the case of jem-2100f 3000x to 25000x.
