Description

The FFT of rectangular images does not work in the viewer. Try:

http://cronus3.scripps.edu/myamiweb/imgreport.php?id=1237150

go to thumbnail and hit FFT.

Looked into this one. It looks like mrcfftw() php_mrc.c is at fault. I ran ex2.php with a rectangular image and the result is the same as it is from the image viewer. Apparently Jim has written some code called Redux that he intends to replace php_mrc with and it uses a different fft routine. We hope to get the Redux code up and running soon and then we can switch to using that.

Right now mrcfftw is in php_mrc.c which is called in filter.inc line 54 in getfft() which is called in image.inc line 140 in getImage() which is called in getimg.php at line 119.

Instead of change php-mrc to fix this, we move to use redux in 3.0 which does not have this problem.
