Description

There is about 0.2 um difference. The position reached is correct but the reported value gotten back is not. Therefore, it causes over correction if the position is checked.

work around the problem by giving a limit for confirmation. Works o.k. but this is a hardware problem and will still makes it difficult for very accurate positioning.
