Description
Please make change to autoinstaller to do this. It is required because of permission issue can stop its usage. See notes at the end of Issue #2912. Also need to add the instruction in the wiki during processing server installation.

After the autoinstaller script, rctacquisition.py has executable permission by default. Users likely encountered the bug because they made changes during a manual installation, or made changes some time after running the autoinstaller. The leginon/appion processing server installation wiki's have been updated to make users aware that rctacquisition.py must be executable.
