Description

Even though this is not sanctioned by CCP-EM, there is a real need to read it for K2 super-resolution and counting data. We want to be able to read them.

r19329 are patches used by Tom Howelling
r19330 adds the mode for read in mrc.py. Will write numpy.uint8 as mode 1 for now.
