Description

Since we pretend that it is a camera with twice number of pixels, the "physical" pixel size on this "camera" is half of that of the counting one.

The effect of this would be the dose per pixel output in Dose measurement tool in Presets Manager. Everything else in Leginon is measured from pixel size at the specimen not at the camera.

In Appion, it changes the apparent magnification (xmag) used in CTFFIND and Freaglign when paired with dstep if defined by this camera physical pixel size.

The value is saved per image. Therefore, fixing this should not cause back compatibility issue.
