Description

This mechanism was created to allow different groups to use the same leginon installation but configured to use different database and file servers. It is needed since sinedon.cfg and leginon.cfg are independent.

matchpair defined in configmatch.py is used to check the pairing if the file is copied to the installed leginon directory.

r18310 and r19377 together makes this possible.

This was used at TSRI and considered tested
