r19446 and r19447 make this feature good for testing.

replace the modified files in the installation and change the line

DOUBLE_TILT_FOCUS = False

to
DOUBLE_TILT_FOCUS = True

to use.

When the feature is activated, the logger should say "tilt minus and then plus to measure defocus"
