Description
The charge position with beam tilt is away from recording charge position. This makes it has low contrast if a phase plate position is new. With this feature, focusing will not fail easily even at zero defocus.

There are two places can do this.
7445d13e change focuser to tilt the beam when melting. This guarantee the melting and focusing position is the same but may over charge the position over time since this is done on every target.
8753bb41 does the charging in PhasePlateAligner. This is probably the preferred method. The user has to make sure the tilt angle is consistent with that used in focusing, though.
