Description

This application is designed for in-focus phase plate data collection using multiple focus targets and no additional stage position movement after focusing. It also include a stitched square mosaic for targeting the montaged square images.

MSI-T_PP and MSI-T2_PP are a simpler version that is more like normal MSI-T has no stitching since it is not ideally implemented, yet,

A coupe of things we noticed today during the phase plate collection on krios1 (session ID = 18dec04n). Using the app "Krios1 nano pp (3.3)".

1) We noticed that the manual focus (after auto-focusing) does not actually work. A pop-up window does not appear, so that the operator can change the focus.

2) A feature request that would be helpful is an actual queueing system (to see an LOI)

3) Auto targeting/hole finding at the "K1n_Stitched_Hole_Targeting" node (so that you don't have to manually select every exposure target.

4) The "use special beam tilts for phase plate" option in the focus node does not work. It spits out an error. This is for krios1 and krios3.
