Description

Hi Anchi,

We had another DM crash/lockup at exactly midnight last night. I think the Gatan PC does some archiving of logs at midnight, and perhaps taking a picture at the exact wrong moment causes the lockup. This was discussed somewaht on the SerialEM list. You saud you could add a feature to pause leginon around this time. Could we try it, maybe add it during the hackathon?

Usage:

1. Add these lines to dmsem.cfg

#Midnight Delay.  Not activated if DELAY_LENGTH_MINUTES is 0
[timing]
DELAY_START_MINUTES_BEFORE_MIDNIGHT = 0
DELAY_LENGTH_MINUTES = 0

And change the start and length according to the need.

2. Restart DM and leginon client.
