Description
Can a feature be added to MSI-Tomography which gives the option for checking focus every 5 or 10 deg tilt increments during tilt series acquisition? According to people collecting tilt series using Serial EM, this feature exists in that program. It will probably require the stage to go back to zero degree and check focus and then go back to its tilted state and continue collecting data for another 5 or 10 deg and repeat checking focus. This is for making sure no dramatic change in the nominal set defocus is taking place during the complete tilt series acquisition.
In addition to this is there a way in Leginon to show the tilt axis. Its not an absolute necessity, but an easy way to place focus targets.
