Description

This feature was added for a user when his Artica does not apply normalization assigned in TUI when Leginon change magnifications in TEM Scripting, something we have not seen. It may be a change in TEM software.

To check if your installation need this, send presets at different magnification with normalization activated in TUI for magnification change and with the main screen down to observe if normalization is indeed performed.

Usage:

To activate this, change fei.cfg (Most likely in C:\Program Files (x86)\myami\)

FORCE_NORMALIZE_ALL_LENS_AFTER_MAG_SETTING = False

To
FORCE_NORMALIZE_ALL_LENS_AFTER_MAG_SETTING = True
