Description

I would like to upload a series of images that were motion corrected outside of the Appion. With that I would also like to upload a second dataset to the same session with images that were motion corrected AND dose weighted.

The goal is to do the standard Appion pipeline: CTF estimation on aligned sums and particle picking/extraction on dose-weighted aligned sums.
