probe mode is not passed in the research function but obtained from the current instrument state which makes it different between the two cases

Implement what I think is a workaround by making these calibration not probe dependent. Probably better based on the preset since eucentric focuii of the two modes do not have the same objective lens current.

This can still be a problem if some user uses nano probe and some uses micro probe at the same mag even though unlikely.
