This is been tested by Kelly Lee right now on the scope.

Testing:
1. Run tomography application in Leginon and at microscope
2. Change tomography settings to accept much larger navigation error than normal.
3. submit tomography target from hl image as usual: tolerance 5e-07 m and acceptance 1e-06
4. The two halves of the tilt series should not be off by more than 40 nm regardless of the target position.

It looked better at the end of his session although I made the change while he was here and I don't know if he restarted Leginon after my change or not. I will close this for now. No tomography has been used since.
