openNominal defocus does not show nominal defocus [myamiweb]

Description
Hi Anchi,
The defocus shown in e.g. enn and enn-a in myamiweb used to be the nominal defocus - the defocus set by the user.
It now shows a value which is neither the nominal defocus, nor the defocus estimated during CTF estimation, but something else (which doesn't seem to track very well with the true defocus). This is confusing, and I think the old behavior was better - would it be possible to change it back? Or at least label this value separately?
It is useful to have the nominal defocus per micrograph, so one can get an idea of how it is differing from the true defocus.
Cheers
Oli

Nominal defocus is what Leginon sends to the microscope to set. With beam-image shift aberration correction as well as tomography or tilted data collection an offset was included in order to compensate the change off the center of the beam path. That is why it now appears different from what the user set. To remove the confusion what is required is another entry to the meta data as "intended defocus". I added the entry a while ago but did not get to change any of the myamiweb display. There is also back compatibility that I need to deal with. Will do this when I finish my current urgent matter.
