Description

If the connection is lost, leginon no longer check if tools are clicked in leginon-remote even if it is back up. This feature allow them to reconnect without closing the session

For Targeting nodes, go to settings dialog and change user check method from remote to local and then back to remote. This will reactivate queue tool for the node.
For TEM Remote, go to settings dialog and click "Reconnect Remote".
