Stage movement appears to sometimes time out in the move if the distance is too far or is much slower than expected in moving to the position called. This causes our TEM scripting call to set StagePosition to get this ComError. The move is still completed eventually but even if we pass the ComError, we get error on the next move since the stage status is not ready. far.
