Bug Fixes 2.1¶

This list is updated at each release of 2.1.x

• The problem of using wrong camera configuration after manual focusing in Manual Acquisition is fixed (2.1.0)

• Use smaller of the camera two dimensions to calculate pixel shift in Matrix Calibrator (2.1.0)

• Applications are installed with the package to make it easier to back up. (2.1.0)

• Fix problem of incorrect image reacquisition during target adjustment of simulated targets. (2.1.0)

• Duplicated session names caused by second user starting Leginon setup wizard before the first user finishes the wizard is greatly reduced (2.1.1)

• Problem of final image shift option in iterative navigation tend to give worse targeting is resolved (2.1.1)
