h1. Do and Do Not in leginon * DO NOT use low dose mode unless "Manual" application is used. * DO cycle presets several times and park at a preset wait for > 1/2 hr, with scope in high mag HM mode mode, after LM atlas is acquired. * DO send a high mag preset to scope if you expect the scope to stop at a low mag preset for over 1 min. * DO check and align microscope in both HM and LM mode well. * DO wait for targets to finish processing and Do refresh them on the atlas in "Square Targeting" Node before selecting and submitting new ones. * DO use the "Pause" tool in nodes such as "Square," "Hole," and in Maunal Check window of "Z Focus" and "Focus"to pause MSI and adjust microscopy parameters directly. * DO NOT move the stage at the microscope while Leginon pauses for user verification of "Exposure Targeting" without using Queuing option on the node. If you do so, click the "Declare Drift" button " ! " in "Target Adjustment" node. * DO NOT let two acquisition nodes (ones with the camera icon) compete for the microscope. This can happen when queuing option is used as it allows multiple nodes to operate independently. ______ [[Getting Help - 2|< Getting Help]] | [[Pausing and Aborting during data collection|Pausing and Aborting during data collection >]] ______
