Run updatecom.py * From a command line window: <pre>cd C:\python27\Lib\site-packages\pyscope C:\python27\python.exe updatecom.py</pre> * The output sould contain <pre> initializing TOM Moniker done. </pre> and EITHER ONE of these outputs. Testing with pyscope In python command <pre> form pyscope import tecnai t = tecnai.Tecnai() t.getMagnification() </pre> or for Krios <pre> form pyscope import tecnai t = tecnai.Krios() t.getMagnification() </pre> You should get the current magnification at the microscope when the main viewing screen is up h2.
