Getting Started as a Super User¶

These steps are a general overview of the entire procedure involving
installation, microscope alignment, calibrations, and using Leginon applications (e.g.
Manual, Calibrations, MSI).

1. Download the Leginon System¶

2. Install the Leginon System¶

3. Add Users, Groups, Instruments, Calibrations, and Applications¶

4. Test run¶
