Make sure that you use SEMCCD-GMS2.3-64.dll if your Digital Micrograph is 2.30 or above. If your Digital Micrograph is prior to 2.30 version, you could also use the earlier working version from our redmine Files: http://emg.nysbc.org/projects/leginon/files |
