This is the latest one that includes a socket interface. If you have recent SerialEM installed, this should already be in place. Make sure that Othewise you use SEMCCD-GMS2.3-64.dll if your Digital Micrograph is 2.30 or above. If your Digital Micrograph is prior to 2.30 version, you could also use the earlier working version can download it from our redmine Files: http://emg.nysbc.org/projects/leginon/files Copy it to C:\Program Files\Gatan\Plugins\ (maybe ProgramData is okay too instead of ProgramFiles) Set the environment variable SERIALEMCCD_PORT to whatever port you want, preferably something between 50000 and 60000 to avoid conflict with other programs.
