This is the latest one that includes a socket interface. If you have recent SerialEM installed, this should already be in place. Make sure that you use SEMCCD-GMS2.3-64.dll if your Digital Micrograph is 2.30 or above. Download ftp site: ftp://bio3d.colorado.edu/pub/SerialEM/DMpluginBeta/ If your Digital Micrograph is prior to 2.30 version, you could also use the earlier working version from our redmine Files: http://emg.nysbc.org/projects/leginon/files Copy it to C:\Program Files\Gatan\Plugins\ (maybe ProgramData is okay too instead of ProgramFiles) Set the environment variable SERIALEMCCD_PORT to an unused whatever port you want, preferably something between 50000 and 60000 to avoid conflict with other programs.
