| 5 | You will need a Scripps user name, password, and home directory. This will allow you to log in to our workstations where you will run Leginon. This is normally set up by your group's system administator. |

| 13 | * Log in to the Windows workstation that is connected to the TEM |

| 14 | * Start the Tecnai User Interface (TUI) |
