Investigate how data will move between AMI and SDSC

Description
We may need to make some modifications, but first we need to assess the situation.

Currently there are a few issues we need to overcome.
1. We need to have a rule created in the scripps firewall to allow access to our db server from the trestles nodes. (Currently only most of the trestles compute nodes can't even route to the internet)
2. Our current model for creating the pbs job file will need to be changed. We can't make the assumption that the cluster's filesystem will be mountable on our webserver.
3. We need to change our login script to allow for using public keys with ssh for logging into a cluster.
4. Moving data to the cluster needs to be handled by appion. We can do this using scp but we need to keep in mind that the destination we be cluster defendant (we can't assume that we can just copy the data into the users home directory on the cluster)
