Hi Anchi, I am aware that you are making those changes. I did not realize how far you had gotten... good work.

The main things I want to implement are:
  • Particle picking menu (like CTF and Alignment menus)
  • ImageFilter class for the python scripting in filterLoop (use a class rather than function, will help with apProc2d)
Then there are two web things I want to add, so I will have to look what you have done:
  • Add the hide advanced options (there is just too many for beginners)
  • Add the ability to select the type of high pass and low pass filters (tanh, gauss, etc.)
