Give 2 different names for different sequences.
Description
If you have 2 steps in focus sequence at the same preset (i.e. repeat for better convergence), defocus measurement fails because defocus is not applied for the second stage.
Preset does not change for the second step.
Fix: Force always a preset change in focus sequence.

You'd better look at this. I thought of just set instrument defocus but not sure if there are other consequences such as if it is tilted and image shifted.

This fix will involve much code making it a risky change this close to release. It will be fixed for the next release.
