rawtransfer.py clean up frames in k2 camera too quickly

Description

In a user's session, random frames are being removed. According to rawtransfer.py log, the files are created 7 minutes ago and thus beyond the reasonable delay of database record saving.

It turns out that the camera computer clock is about 7 mins behind the linux host that is running rawtransfer.py
