EMAN error

Added by Nancy Horton over 12 years ago

Is there a way to specify fewer classes in EMAN refinement? I get an error:

"ERROR: too few particles per class (0)
114 particles for 500 classes"

You have to decrease the angular increment that is used to generate the references.
Basically in any projection matching approach the number of classes correlates directly to the number of references.
This number depends on the symmetry group (which you usually do not want to change) and the angular increment.
