deleteHidden.py for removing bad images?
Added by Clarissa Durie about 6 years ago
Hello,
I recently used the command deleteHidden.py in order to remove the "bad" images that I had hidden in the Leginon WebApp. When I used the command, every single file in the directory was deleted. How have others used this command?
My goal was to permanently remove movies that were obviously bad so as not to take up storage space or spend time processing them. Is there another command that can be used to accomplish this?
The full command I used is:
deleteHidden.py --leginondata --framesdata --propagate --runname=deletehidden1 --rundir=/lsi/cryoem_automation/appion/18aug30a/deletehidden/deletehidden1 --projectid=23 --expid=419 --jobtype=deleteHidden
Thank you,
Clarissa

Sorry for late response. This needs investigation. I have forwarded the question to those who might have the answer but not subscribed to the Forum.
