We have a shared Cryo EM setup with mutliple labs creating multiple projects. Is there a way to create a grouping of users that can be assigned to a lab? Such that when a new project is created by that lab these users get added by default?

There is not yet. This is, however, not the first request of such. I will see if I can find some help doing this feature. I am a bit tied up now.
