Appion drift plot info

Hello,
I've been using Appion to run MotionCor2 and from the web interface, you can view a plot of frame movement. Is there anyway to export the information used to make this plot?

The plot is taken live from your appion "Frame Alignment" rundir, appion/session/ddstack/"ddstack1", for example. You can find the directory from the web processing interface where the run is listed.
Find the plain text file ends with *_st_Log.txt that starts with the image file name you are interested. This the standard MotionCor output of the frame position relative to the middle frame. And the unit is pixel. We do the calculation of pixel conversion to Angstroms and then plot it.
