Hello,

I am running Appion version '2.1.3'.

I am having a problem starting EMAN Refinement. After selecting the stack and model on the initial page, clicking on the button "Use this stack and model" gives the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function set_rootpath() on a non-object in /var/www/html/myamiweb/processing/emanJobGen.php on line 274

Line 274 of the above file is as follows:

$clusterdata->set_rootpath($rootpath);

Please let me know how resolve this.
