Hi Anchi,

We can change the stage scale to let a preset of x 5000 work. Using the same scale the preset for 500 failed in calibration.

Hi, Xing,

Since there is only on STAGE_SCALE_XYZ, my guess is that the pixel size calibration is off at 500x which makes the calibration fails from too high an error in the calculated pixel size relative to the pixel size obtained in Pixel Size calibrator.

What is the calibration error ? Since in general the pixel size calibration is not great at low magnification, and is not critical to have an accurate value, my recommendation is to increase the tolerance of the calibration error as long as the correlation peak the algorithm detected is real.
