automatic selection of the right exposure target

When I try to use template hole to automatically select the
exposure target, it finds the center target and a couple of
neighboring holes. How do I select the center hole?

Thank you for your reply. I adjusted blobs settings, still only select
the stronger neighboring peak, not the one at the center which is slightly
weak.

Two possible reasons:

  1. Leginon does not know that your hole is off center from the image, so it would pick the blob that is closest to the image center.
  2. Your settings for minimal size of the blob is larger than the size of the real thresholded center peak. Test it by increase number of blobs found and see if it is found as well. If not, adjust accordingly.
