Problems when aligning presets

Hi,
I am working on MSI-T2 with the customary presets (gr,sq,hl,fc,fa,en,ef). When I do preset alignment, everything goes well until one or the other window turns black (see picture). It usually happens in sq mode and a somewhat random event. Where to start troubleshooting this?

Thanks, what threw me off course is that the problem was not there yesterday and only appeared after I restored the settings as discussed on the issue of exposure (http://emg.nysbc.org/boards/6/topics/1889?r=1891). It makes sense, it must have had some non zero parameter there before.

I thought about that, but looked in the wrong place. Wouldn't a parameter like that make more sense in the settings for each preset individually? I did find pre exposure and setting 1 second did not help. I will try tomorrow.

Mario,

The hard part about this is that how long the delay is between presets is not determined solely by the resulting preset but also where it came from. We will certainly improve this type of timing setting as we have more experience with different instruments, and you are quite right about one size does not fit all.

The preexposure time is not applied to preset alignment tool.
