Cannot find the reference when acquiring dose image

Hi,

When we try to acquire dose image for our ef and en presets, we cannot get correct image because it cannot find the reference. But we have already had the reference images which got from Bright/Dark reference in our database. Can you tell us how to solve this problem?

Does the log tell you what dimension it needs the references ? The dose images are taken at smaller size to save time. Presets Manager settings includes this value. Let's say your ef image is 4096x4096 bin 1, and the small image size is 1024, then it will take the center 1024x1024 bin 1 image when acquiring dose.
