I am sorry to come back to this again, but I keep having the same problem with focussing. As soon as I submit the hole focus and acquisition targets, it goes wrong in z-focus node. The z-height increases about 44um each time while in z-focus node. So ultimately the focus is way off.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong here: Focus calibration went well. I set both fa and sq to 0 defocus, adjust eucentric height, eucentric focus, beam pivot points and rotation center (in fa), and send this back to leginon, store eucentric focus and rotation center in beam tilt node, and reset defocus of sq to -1.5e-4 and fa to -2e-6.

Could you please help me?
