Leginon

We are having issues with starting the leginon software. There is partial communication between the scope and Leginon. We get a confirmation that the Gatan CCD camera has been inserted but other parameter values like magnification etc are not available. Here is a list of some errors:

Cannot get value of 'film user code'

Cannot get value of ' film exposure type'

Cannot get value of ' beam tilt'

Cannot get value of 'raw image shift'

Cannot get value of ' film exposure time'

Cannot get value of ' spot size'

Cannot get value of ' stage positiion'

Cannot get value of ' magnification'

Cannot get value of ' magnification index'

Cannot get value of ' defocus'

Cannot get value of ' small screen position'

Cannot get value of ' column valves'

Cannot get value of ' intensity'
